Warehouse/Logistics Executive

Job Description: • Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packaging, and dispatch workflows to meet daily dispatch deadlines and service level agreements. • Lead regular cycle counts, reconcile physical stock with system records, and investigate discrepancies. • Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and local couriers for daily pickups, customs documentations, and schedule adherence. • Identify bottlenecks in warehouse layout or handling flows to improve turnaround time and reduce shrinkage. • Perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancy. • Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse. Our requirements • Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant experience in warehousing/logistics is required. • Forklift license will be an added advantage. • Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Words. Excel and Outlook). • Strong knowledge of warehouse function and logistics management system. • Strong problem-solving skills under tight dispatch windows and clear, proactive communication across shifts. • Be able to work independently as well as a team member.
