Kitchen Crew

• Assist with daily food preparation, cooking and plating according to recipes and established standards. • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation and portioning. • Carry out mise en place and ensure the kitchen is properly prepared before each service. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, kitchen equipment and storage areas. • Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times. • Monitor ingredient levels and inform the kitchen lead when replenishment is required. • Minimise food wastage and practise proper portion control. • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and kitchen setup. • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely service. • Support stock counts, deliveries and general kitchen operations when required. • Perform other operational duties reasonably assigned by the Head Chef or management.
