Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

Staff Management & Scheduling • Assign daily cleaning tasks and room sections to room attendants. • Create staff work schedules, manage shift replacements, and track attendance. • Conduct daily team briefings to review VIP arrivals, special requests, and priorities. • Train new hires and provide ongoing refresher training on cleaning protocols and equipment use Quality Control & Inspections • Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas using strict quality checklists. • Ensure all areas comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. • Report maintenance defects—like broken fixtures or plumbing issues—to the engineering department and follow up on repairs. • Step in to clean rooms or assist the team directly during severe staff shortages Quality Control & Inspections • Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas using strict quality checklists. • Ensure all areas comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. • Report maintenance defects—like broken fixtures or plumbing issues—to the engineering department and follow up on repairs. • Step in to clean rooms or assist the team directly during severe staff shortages Inventory & Logistics • Monitor par stock levels for linens, towels, guest amenities, and cleaning chemicals. • Conduct regular inventory counts and submit supply orders as needed. • Distribute equipment and supplies to staff at the start of shifts. • Manage lost and found items according to hotel policy Guest Relations & Administration • Respond to guest complaints regarding housekeeping services and resolve issues quickly. • Coordinate room status updates (clean, dirty, or inspected) with the front desk in real-time. 📢 Interested Applicants Please send your application/resume to: 📧 Email: mmcs@mmcs.com.sg 📱 Contact / WhatsApp: 9866 8908
