Science Laboratory Assistant cum Admin Support (Sembawang)

Job Summary Support Science activities and administrative operations by preparing materials, managing laboratory supplies, assisting teachers, and providing reception and administrative support in a school environment. Responsibilities Science Laboratory • Prepare materials, teaching aids, and experimental setups to enable effective Science activities. • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of Science laboratories to ensure a secure learning environment. • Manage laboratory supplies by tracking inventory and maintaining accurate stock records. • Assist teachers during Science activities and performance tasks to facilitate smooth execution. Reception & Administration • Greet walk-in visitors and respond to phone enquiries promptly and professionally. • Provide administrative support by contacting parents, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and performing simple data entry to support school operations. • Assist students who are unwell, late, or leaving school early to ensure their needs are addressed. • Perform other administrative duties as required to maintain office efficiency. Preferred competencies and qualifications • Preferably 1 year of relevant laboratory experience in a school setting. • Preferably 1 year of frontline or office administration experience in a school setting.
