Benefits • 21 days annual leave • Medical Benefits • Variable Bonus Responsibilities • Manage daily mall operations, maintenance and preventive maintenance programmes. • Conduct safety inspections and ensure vendors comply with relevant authority regulations and MCST requirements. • Manage facilities budget and recovery of tenants’ utility arrears. • Support ESG and energy management initiatives. • Maintain good relationships with tenants, service providers and other stakeholders. • Ensure tenancy fit-outs comply with approved plans and authority requirements. • Manage MCST stakeholders, by-laws, EOGMs, AGMs and License Agreements. • Manage term contracts and renewals to ensure consistent vendor performance. • Handle incidents, disputes and claims relating to retail and strata management matters. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Management. • Experience with MCST buildings and familiarity with BMSMA.
