Summary Benefits: • Salary : $4000 - $ 5500 • 5 days work , Office Hours • Locations: Islandwide Job Scope: • Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building and facilities. • Coordinate maintenance, repair, and servicing works for building systems and equipment. • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repair works. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities, equipment, and common areas are in good condition. • Monitor building safety, cleanliness, and security requirements. • Handle maintenance requests and follow up on issues until they are resolved. • Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports, and related documentation. • Assist in managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and operational expenses. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, building regulations, and company policies. • Support improvement projects and other facilities-related duties as required. Requirement: • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities management experience preferred. • Fire Safety Manager certification and GMAP/GMFM certification are preferred.
