Senior Veterinarian

Are you considering your next career move? If you're looking for a supportive clinical environment where you can continue to develop your skills and build a rewarding career in veterinary medicine, this could be worth exploring. Access People is working with a veterinarian-led practice in Singapore that is focused on delivering thoughtful, high-quality care while strengthening the relationship between pets, their owners and the veterinary team. The organisation provides primary and urgent care through purpose-designed hospitals, with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for both patients and clients. Alongside this, there is a strong investment in technology and internally developed systems, with the aim of making clinical processes more efficient and improving the experience for veterinary teams, clients and their pets. The Opportunity As a more experienced veterinarian, you'll have the opportunity to work with a clinically capable team in an environment that values professional autonomy, collaboration and continued development. The role would suit a veterinarian who is confident managing a broad range of primary and urgent care cases, and who enjoys working alongside colleagues to share knowledge and support good clinical decision-making. You can expect: • A high degree of clinical autonomy, with the support of an experienced veterinary team and leadership when you need it. • A well-supported nursing team, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making and patient care rather than managing every aspect of the consultation or workflow yourself. • Opportunities to further develop areas of clinical interest, with access to continuing education and internal support. • A collaborative environment where experienced veterinarians can contribute to clinical discussions, processes and the ongoing development of the practice. • Opportunities to take on additional clinical or leadership responsibilities, where this aligns with your experience and career goals. • The chance to work within a growing veterinary organisation without necessarily having to step away from clinical practice to progress your career. Positive Culture The focus is on creating a supportive working environment where veterinarians can concentrate on patient care while having access to a strong wider clinical team. • Experienced nursing teams provide support with triage, client communication and day-to-day clinical tasks, particularly during busier periods. • Open communication with clinical leadership, with opportunities for veterinarians to contribute ideas and provide feedback on policies and processes. • A collaborative approach where colleagues are encouraged to share knowledge and support one another. About You We're interested in hearing from veterinarians at different stages of their careers. You will ideally have: • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent. • A genuine interest in providing high-quality veterinary care and a positive experience for patients, clients and colleagues. • A considered and compassionate approach to clinical decision-making. • A willingness to continue developing your clinical skills and knowledge. • A strong sense of professional responsibility, integrity and accountability. • The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary veterinary team. • An interest in supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive clinical culture. Package • Base salary of $120K–$180K, depending on experience. • Commission-based remuneration structure providing the opportunity to increase overall earnings. • Flexible working arrangements with shared weekend responsibilities. • No overnight shifts and no overnight hospitalisation of patients.
