Despatch Rider

Core Responsibilities • Collect and deliver reports and medical samples and specimens safely and promptly. • Handle and transport samples properly, including maintaining required temperatures. • Keep accurate records of collections, deliveries, and incidents consistent with regulations, policies and procedures. • Plan efficient delivery routes and manage urgent deliveries when required • Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and in good working condition. • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with PDPA requirements. • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. • Organise and prioritise own workload to ensure provision of quality service • Work in a way that minimises risks to health, safety and security of self and others. Requirements • Possesses Class 2B licence with own motorbike
