Construction Site Manager

Job Description • Coordinate and oversee construction site from conception to completion • Review contract documentation and material procurement to ensure compliance • Manage manpower arrangements and site deployment • Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success • Monitor site progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion • Prepare and submit site status reports to management and other stakeholders • Resolve any site-related issues or conflicts that may arise • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success Requirements • Proven experience as a construction site manager or similar role • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities • Excellent problem-solving ability • A team player with leadership skills
