Service Staff – Job Description We are looking for a friendly and responsible Service Staff to support the daily operations of our F&B outlet. The role involves serving customers, taking orders, cashiering, preparing and packing orders, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring customers receive prompt and friendly service. Job Responsibilities • Greet customers and provide friendly and courteous service. • Take customer orders accurately and answer basic enquiries about menu items. • Handle cashiering, POS transactions and different payment methods. • Serve food and beverages to customers promptly. • Prepare, assemble and pack dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders. • Ensure orders are complete and accurate before serving or handing over to customers. • Replenish condiments, utensils, packaging materials and other service items. • Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area and service areas. • Clear tables and dispose of waste when required. • Assist with basic food and beverage preparation when necessary. • Follow company SOPs, food hygiene and workplace safety requirements. • Assist with opening and closing duties. • Work closely with kitchen and stall staff to ensure smooth operations during peak periods. • Handle customer feedback professionally and refer matters to the Supervisor when necessary. • Perform other duties related to outlet operations as assigned by the Supervisor or Management. Job Requirements • Prior experience in F&B, food court, hawker stall, restaurant or customer service is an advantage. • Training will be provided. • Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented. • Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members. • Responsible, punctual and willing to learn. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Able to stand for extended periods. • Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays according to operational requirements. • Food Safety Course Level 1 certification would be an advantage.
