PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with Company goals, cost targets, and quality standards • Source, quality and manage local and overseas suppliers for key components and materials • Constantly look for alternative sources and strive for cost reductions • Spearhead and negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and Supplier agreements (if any) to achieve optimal cost savings and value for the Company • Develop framework and evaluate Supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness; and spearhead to initiate corrective actions when necessary • Support NPI by coordinating RFQ and sourcing activities and ensuring Supplier readiness for ramp-up • Spearhead to ensure RFQ and/or cost down efforts are completed within Company desired timeframe • Lead demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure on-time material availability • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery and production milestones • Oversee MRP and ensure data integrity within ERP systems for Procurement and Supply Chain modules • Oversee and ensure all POs are loaded to Suppliers in a timely manner • Oversee and spearhead to balance supply and demand effectively to prevent shortages or excess inventory • Develop, establish and monitor inventory control policies to optimise stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and improve inventory turnover (under Requirements: • Degree in any Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering field with at least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in a electronics manufacturing background • Excellent know-how of MRP in ERP system • Possess knowledge cable assembly, box build assembly and system integration • Strong cost analysis and supplier benchmarking capabilities • Familiar with ethical sourcing • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Able to manage multi-sites • Possess good leadership skills and a team player By submitting your application, you consent to Stigious Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for recruitment and employment-related purposes in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
