Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities: o Source and evaluate Suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability o Request and analyse for quotes from Suppliers o Coordinate purchasing activities with Suppliers, Production, Quality and Engineers o Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and track order fulfillment o Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with Suppliers o Maintain strong working relationships with Suppliers o Responsible for negotiating with Suppliers to ensure Company is always in an advantageous position o Responsible for input, accuracy and completeness of database information in Procurement and Supply Chain module (e.g. lead time, inventory turnover, price, etc.) o Monitor stock levels and management replenishment according to MRP to avoid shortages or overstocking o Coordinate with Productions, Sales and Store to align material availability with demand o Monitor the costs and schedules to ensure highest quality at best value o Interact closely with Suppliers and Engineer/QA to resolve quality issues o Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery o Liaise with freight forwarders for import/export matters o Optimise transportation and warehouse operations for cost efficiency Requirements: o Degree in Supply Chain Management and at least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain in similar industry o Familiar with import/export procedures and Incoterms o Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or similar qualification o ERP and MRP knowledge is required By submitting your application, you consent to Stigious Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for recruitment and employment-related purposes in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
