Associate/AVP (Business Planning- Data Operations)

Job Responsibilities 1. Data Processing work • Check data for error and amendments. • Data clean- up and revision. • Link data to staff in- charge for target monitoring. • Provision of figures to stakeholders & management. 2. Project management operations of new and existing implementations • Customer list updates for new staff in- charge (staff turnover, organization reshuffle). • Daily reporting for balance figures and transaction. • Database reports maintenance for all reports published. 3. Contribution towards Operational Excellence • Developing reports with new requirements for other stakeholders within department. • Contribution towards refining Profit projection / management. • Automation for operational excellence. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field. • 2-3 years professional experience in data analysis or in a similar role. • Candidates with strong experience in automation , reporting & data processing will be highly regarded. • Proficient in Microsoft office Suite ( Especially Advanced Excel, Pivot, VBA Macro and Power Query/ Power BI). • Experience in using RPA will be advantageous. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication skills.
