TECHNICAL SALES CO-ORDINATOR

Company Description Elshin International is a Singapore-based authorised distributor specialising in industrial automation and motion control components. Since 1994, we have worked with leading global brands such as THK, Yamaha, Koganei, Sanyo Denki, Miki Pulley and SMAC, serving clients in the manufacturing, semiconductor and precision engineering sectors. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, with a 5 day work week. The Co-ordinator will support the Sales Director in daily operations, handle customer enquiries and work closely with our principals, suppliers and internal teams to make sure products meet specifications and are delivered on time. Key responsibilities include: • Handle customer enquiries and co-ordinate with principals and suppliers • Help prepare sales proposals and quotations • Support the Sales Director in daily operations and follow up on all current quotations • Take part in product sourcing • Help prepare sales forecast reports • Coordinate with production, quality, engineering and technical teams to deliver products that meet specifications within the delivery schedule Qualifications • ITE Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, technical support or a similar role • Able to read basic technical drawings is a plus • Comfortable with Microsoft Office • Organised, detail oriented and able to manage follow ups well • Good communication skills to work with customers, suppliers and internal teams
