Job Description
· Perform daily AP transactions including checking invoices, data entry and posting.
· Prepare Suppliers payment.
· Investigate & solving invoices dispute.
· Handling Petty Cash claims
· Assist in Human Resource matters.
· Maintaining good quality of documents filing.
· Ad-hoc duties as & when assigned by management.
Requirements
· CAT/Degree in Accountancy with minimum 2 years working experience.
· Well verse in Microsoft office (Word & Excel).
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance.
· Team player with ability to perform in fast paced environment.
· Strong in commitment and able to meet tight reporting deadlines.
· Preferably with Navision accounting software (Training will be provided).
