Position: Shipping Executive

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process shipping documents (BL, DO, invoices, packing lists).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate import/export shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle permit applications and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain shipment records and update customers.
Requirements:
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in shipping/logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.
