Maintenance Technician (sport club/central area)

Our client is a sports and social clubs. Currently, they are looking for a Maintenance Technician cum Painter to join the team. Job Details: • Salary Range: $2500-$3000 (depends on experience) • Working Location: City Hall (Central area) Job Scope • Carry out painting, touch-up and repainting works for walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures and other areas. • Perform general maintenance and repair work, including, electrical and plumbing, carpentry related repairs will be an advantage. • Inspect and identify defects or maintenance issues and carry out necessary rectification works. • Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure the Club’s facilities, equipment and fittings are kept in good condition. • Attend to maintenance requests and urgent repair works when required. • Assist contractors and external service providers with maintenance and renovation works. • Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are safely stored after use. • Follow all workplace safety procedures and Club requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management. Requirement • NITEC / Higher NITEC or relevant technical qualification preferred. • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience inpainting, building maintenance or general repair works. • Experience in painting, plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical works will be an advantage. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on maintenance work. • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
