Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, onboard, and evaluate administrative and clerical support staff. • Operations & Workflows: Plan office procedures, optimize daily workflows, and remove productivity bottlenecks. • Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage department budgets, track expenses, handle basic invoicing, and review financial reports. • Facilities & Inventory: Oversee office space management, equipment maintenance, security, safety standards, and supply stock. • Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, coordinate with external service providers, and monitor service delivery. • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and local labor or safety regulations. Qualifications & Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred for senior roles). • Experience: 2 to 5+ years of progressive experience in office administration or a supervisory role.
