Customer Service Executive – Contact Centre Location: Singapore Employment: Permanent Working Hours: 5 days per week, including weekends Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (flexi) Salary: Basic $3,000 - $3,200 + commission (gross up to $4,000+) Job Responsibilities • Manage incoming calls and enquiries for 9 outlets. • Provide information on services, appointments and outlet operations. • Schedule, reschedule and coordinate customer appointments. • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally. • Follow up on enquiries and outstanding customer matters. • Liaise with outlet teams to coordinate appointments and resolve issues. • Maintain accurate customer and appointment records. • Monitor and manage daily call and enquiry flow independently. • Support other customer service and administrative duties as required. Requirements • Experience in call centre, customer service, appointment booking or a similar role. • Good communication and telephone etiquette. • Comfortable handling customer complaints and difficult situations. • Well-organised and able to manage multiple outlets independently. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Customer-focused, patient and service-oriented. • Good computer and administrative skills. • Willing to work weekends.
