Procurement Package Manager

Job Description • Manage complete procurement cycle for assigned packages — from enquiry (RFQ) issuance to purchase order (PO) award and post-award management. • Develop and maintain procurement strategy, sourcing plan, and package tracking register in coordination with project teams. • Liaise with engineering, quality, expediting, and logistics teams to ensure technical, commercial, and delivery requirements are met. • Prepare commercial bid tabulations, lead negotiations with vendors, and make award recommendations for management approval. • Review and manage supplier documentation, manufacturing progress, and vendor performance. • Coordinate with expeditors and logistics to ensure on-time delivery to site or fabrication yard. • Manage change orders, deviations, and claims in collaboration with contracts and project control teams. • Ensure compliance with project procurement procedures, company policies, and client requirements. • Participate in regular project review meetings and report procurement status, risks, and mitigation plans. • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contribute to supplier performance evaluations.
