Job Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Drive groupwork and training both in the community and prison • Provide rehabilitation/family program to men who caused hurt to their family • Program design and evaluation • Casework and counselling intervention Other Information • Growth Mindset • Interest to support individual and family facing domestic violence • Passion and commitment to support family to break the cycle of intergenerational transmission of domestic violence • Program design and evaluation • Able to build and leverage on effective relationships with stakeholders. • Collaborative yet able to work independently • Creative, resourceful, flexible thinker Selected candidates: • Opportunity to attend relevant training (Groupwork and family violence) Qualifications Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor or Post Graduate Qualifications in Social Work Other Information Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm) May occasionally need to work on weekends, the organisation will provide you with a day off on another day ("off in lieu") to make up for the weekend work.
