Campus Recruitment Partner (SEA)

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute student recruitment strategies across Southeast Asia. • Achieve student enrolment targets and recruitment KPIs. • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, education agents, and pathway providers. • Represent the university at education fairs, webinars, school visits, and recruitment events. • Conduct presentations for students, parents, counsellors, and education partners. • Advise prospective students on academic programmes, admission requirements, scholarships, and student life. • Manage the applicant pipeline and follow up with prospective students throughout the admissions journey. • Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support student conversion initiatives. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify recruitment opportunities. • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and student records within the CRM system. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, business development, or education marketing. • Experience working with international students and education agents is preferred. • Strong presentation and relationship management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia. • Results-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their education goals.
