MANPOWER COORDINATOR

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate deployment of workers to construction sites based on project timelines and manpower needs. • Track daily attendance, working hours, and movement of workers across sites. (liaise with HR) • Manage and update manpower records and reports regularly (including daily/weekly/monthly reports). • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations. • Support worker welfare and handle worker-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters. • Assist in arranging accommodation, transport, and other logistics for workers when required. • Visits work site or dormitory when needed, including at night if necessary. • 5-day work week.
