Paralegal / Junior Legal Counsel (Technology Industry)

You will be joining a dynamic, international environment where the legal function plays a direct role in supporting the company's regional growth. The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal or Junior Legal Counsel to join our Singapore legal team. This is a hands-on role where you will own the day-to-day legal operations and contract management for the Singapore office, working closely with business teams and senior management. What You Will Do • Prepare, review, and manage routine commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts • Track contract signing progress and maintain organised legal records, filing systems, and template libraries • Assist with company filings, corporate maintenance, and statutory compliance matters • Support compliance workstreams including KYC, basic due diligence, and maintenance of internal compliance records • Provide general legal administrative and coordination support to the legal team • Liaise with internal business teams and external counsel as required What We Are Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline; Singapore legal education background preferred • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently • Familiarity with common office software and basic AI tools • A collaborative team player with a strong service mindset If it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
