Sales Manager

Job Description * Develop and manage solar PV sales projects for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers. * Promote solar leasing, turnkey solar projects and renewable energy solutions. * Identify new customers through cold calls, networking and customer visits. * Prepare quotations, financial models, tender proposals and sales presentations. * Follow up on solar projects from initial enquiry to contract signing. * Conduct business negotiations and close sales deals. * Work closely with customers, EPC, O&M and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Requirements * Diploma or Degree in Solar, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in solar, renewable energy or related industry preferred. * Experience in solar sales / business development is an advantage. * Knowledge of financial modelling, tender preparation and project proposals. * Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills. * Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team. * Willing to conduct cold calls and customer visits.
