M & E Coordinator

Job Responsibilities • Coordinate M&E service installation on site according to approved coordination drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy • Liaise effectively with consultants to address all matters related to M&E works and facilitate smooth project execution • Participate actively in technical and site meetings to contribute to project planning and issue resolution • Assess and resolve technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and works by collaborating with consultants and subcontractors • Supervise on-site work progress to maintain quality and schedule adherence • Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of tasks • Resolve site installation conflicts promptly to minimize delays and disruptions • Arrange M&E system inspections and clearances with M&E RTO and RE to meet regulatory and project requirements Required competencies and certifications • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the building construction industry Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong motivation, independence, initiative, and responsibility in managing tasks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively
