The successful candidate is someone who is flexible, resourceful, and willing to be hands-on during this period to manage large volume data and reconciliation work. Requirements - Degree qualified, prior Big 4 background and current experience in the commercial sector - Required: Technically competent, with experience in managing Group Reporting and Consolidation (familiarity with M&A transactions/ adjustments) - Desired traits: Hands-on, detailed, resilient, hardworking, driven, flexible, resourceful, problem solver and results-oriented, good change management skills - Ability to work in a very lean and fast paced environment - Strong Excel proficiency - Experience with D365 or system implementation - 1-month notice or immediate availability will be highly advantageous Job Scope Reporting to the Regional CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing regional financial reporting, consolidation, performance analysis and strategic planning across Asia-Pacific markets. This position serves as a critical link between in-country finance teams and Group Finance, ensuring consistent accounting standards, high-quality reporting, and effective financial governance. Key Accountabilities • Provide regional reporting, financial insights, analysis, and risk assessments • Act as the primary finance liaison for in-country CFOs and Head of Finance. • Review and assess country-level P&L performance, including variance and flux analysis. • Ensure consistent application of Group accounting policies and standard, manage Group consolidation. • Support Group-level budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning. • Consolidate regional financial results for management and Group reporting. • Prepare and review financial reports for lenders and borrowers. • Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on audits and tax matters. • Support post-acquisition integration, aligning financial processes, controls, and reporting across new entities Apply Today Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number GH13513943, by clicking the apply button.
