AVP, Specialist, Martech Orchestration Product Owner (Enterprise Performance Marketing & Platform), Group Marketing & Communications (WD88796)

Business Function Group Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing, and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition. Role Overview Lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise MarTech orchestration platforms. Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Data, and country teams to enable personalised customer engagement, strengthen marketing performance, and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures for MarTech orchestration platforms. • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans. • Lead Agile teams through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review. • Drive platform integration, user adoption, governance, and the continuous improvement of campaign processes. • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, business units, and country teams to align priorities and manage dependencies. • Apply data, experimentation, automation, and AI to improve personalisation, customer journeys, and marketing productivity. • Monitor platform performance, delivery risks, stakeholder outcomes, and the business value delivered. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Relevant experience in MarTech, campaign orchestration, product ownership, or marketing platform delivery. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams and manage complex technology initiatives. • Sound understanding of customer journeys, data integration, personalisation, analytics, and campaign operations. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with MarTech platforms, cloud integrations, APIs, and AI-enabled marketing solutions would be an advantage. • Martech Tools experience and understanding [Unica, Tealium, Google Analytics, Cvent etc.] Apply Now​ We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
