IDM Parts Engineer, Supply Chain Management

Job Responsibilities • Photoresist Planner: Collaborate with the relevant Module to understand material demand, raise Material Purchase Forecast (MPF) / Purchase Requisitions (PR), place purchase orders, and track deliveries. • Thinner/Developer Planner: Collaborate with the relevant Module to understand material demand, raise MPF / PR, place purchase orders, and track deliveries. • Chemical/Slurry Lorry Planner: Collaborate with the relevant Module to understand demand, raise MPF / PR, place purchase orders, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and uninterrupted supply. • Material Planning: Monitor material requirements, inventory levels and delivery schedules to ensure materials are available according to production needs. • Supply Monitoring: Track purchase orders and deliveries, identify potential shortages or delays, and coordinate recovery actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Modules, Procurement, Production Control, Engineering, Warehouse, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure material readiness. • Planning & Analytics: Maintain accurate planning data and support reporting, analysis and continuous improvement of material planning processes. Requirements • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related disciplines. • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, material planning, procurement or semiconductor manufacturing. • Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication or manufacturing environment is preferred. • Good understanding of material planning, MRP/ERP systems and procurement processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and data analytics skills are a plus. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with suppliers. • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Growth mindset with adaptability, resilience and a continuous improvement focus.
