Accountant cum Human Resource

Job Summary Execute comprehensive financial and payroll operations while supporting HR functions to ensure accurate accounting, compliance, and efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities • Execute monthly financial closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry and conduct bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy • Prepare monthly payroll including salary, overtime, and sales commission calculations to ensure correct employee compensation • Maintain and update attendance and leave records to support payroll and HR compliance • Prepare and submit GST tax filings in accordance with regulatory requirements • Manage the full set of accounts to provide comprehensive financial oversight • Analyze financial data to support cost budgeting and operational decision-making • Assist with monthly closing and financial operations to support business continuity • Collaborate with the procurement department to verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies • Manage HR administrative tasks including recruitment processes and application of work permits Preferred competencies and qualifications • Knowledge in using Xero accounting software to facilitate accounting processes • Knowledge in using Carbonate software to support financial and administrative tasks • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Other Information • Work schedule: 5 days per week
