Quantity Surveyor (Construction/M&E/A&A/) - Contract / Fulltime

Summary Benefits: • Salary : $3500 - $7000 • AWS+ VB + Performance Bonus • 5 days work • Multiple Location Job Scope: • Assist in cost estimation, tender preparation and evaluation, including cost comparisons and pricing summaries. • Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and assist in negotiations. • Prepare and administer tender and contract documents. • Perform accurate quantity measurements for progress claims, variation orders, subcontractor/supplier payments and final accounts. • Evaluate and certify progress work done and handle contract administration for variations. • Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts and payment settlements. • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure timely completion of QS matters. • Perform other QS-related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, or a related field. • 1- 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
