Job Summary Support construction project execution by developing schedules, supervising site activities, managing subcontractors, resolving technical issues, and assisting with progress claims and variation orders. Responsibilities • Develop detailed project timelines and work schedules to ensure timely completion of construction phases • Prepare accurate shop drawings to guide on-site construction activities • Supervise daily on-site operations to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards • Manage subcontractors and vendors to coordinate resources and deliverables effectively • Prepare look-ahead two-week schedules to anticipate upcoming tasks and resource needs • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays • Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress claim submissions to support project financial tracking • Support the Project Manager in detailing and processing site variation orders to reflect changes in project scope
