CAD DRAFTER

JOB SCOPE: • in charge of all drawing development required by the project. • Prepares detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works/construction. • Review, update, and coordinate amendments to CAD drawings, floor plans, and related facilities documentation based on site findings, including updates to equipment locations and asset layouts. • Perform site measurements and inspections as needed to ensure accuracy of drawings. • Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers. REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field. • Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D Max software. • Able to read and understand architectural and construction drawings. • Able to prepare drawings independently with minimum supervision. • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
