Responsibilities • Prepare and produce breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items according to Lola Faye’s recipes, portioning, and presentation standards • Perform daily baking preparation and operation tasks to meet service demands • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area to comply with food safety standards • Store ingredients and finished products properly to preserve freshness and quality • Monitor product consistency and readiness to ensure items are fresh and meet quality expectations • Collaborate with the kitchen team during operations to support smooth workflow Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in baking, pastry, or bakery production • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Attention to detail to maintain consistency in product quality • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment • Reliability, responsibility, and eagerness to learn • Previous F&B or bakery experience is preferred Other Information • 📍 Location: Lola Faye Cafe, Singapore • 🕐 Position: Part-Time • 💰 Salary: $10 – $12/hour, depending on experience • 📅 Working Days: Flexible / 3 days per week
