-NEW- Senior Design Engineer (Medical Devices)

Job Responsibilities: · Lead mechanical design from concept through detailed design, prototyping, verification, and design release for flexible endoscope systems, sub assemblies, and accessories. · Translate user needs and system requirements into mechanical specifications, 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, GD&T, tolerance analyses, BOMs, and subsystem interfaces. · Design and develop critical endoscope mechanisms, including articulation systems, control mechanisms, working channels, insertion components, seals, and irrigation pathways. · Develop and evaluate prototypes, define engineering confidence testing, and support design verification activities to demonstrate design performance and reliability. · Apply DFM/DFA, cost, serviceability, reliability, and supplier capability considerations throughout the product development lifecycle and support design transfer to manufacturing. · Lead design reviews, design FMEA, risk controls, failure investigations, CAPA activities, and design change impact assessments. · Create and maintain controlled design documentation, including specifications, drawings, BOMs, risk files, design review records, and Design History File(DHF) deliverables. · Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, suppliers, and cross-functional teams while providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with applicable QMS, design control, and ISO 13485 requirements. · Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements · Minimum Degree in a related discipline · Minimum 6 year of relevant experience · Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format tojoseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attentionto Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
