Associate Service Engineer (CCTV/ Security)

Responsibilities: • Perform regular checks and diagnostic activities on security systems (such as CCTV and access control) to ensure they are in good working condition. • Set up security equipment, configure systems, and conduct testing on-site. • Provide both front and backend support for security, video management systems (e.g., Milestone XProtect), and communication infrastructure. • Attend to, diagnose, and resolve onsite technical issues/faults within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Prepare daily maintenance reports and maintain accurate records of service activities. • Comply with company policies and safety regulations, ensuring work does not interrupt production.
