Operation Executive

Responsibilities • Plan and schedule daily jobs, set priorities, monitor job progress and track schedules to ensure timely completion. • Monitor and communicate changes in job status to relevant parties. • Plan and coordinate the daily deployment of drivers, vehicles and equipment to ensure efficient operations. • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external customers to ensure timely deliveries and collections. • Liaise with relevant departments, drivers and customers to ensure smooth execution of all jobs. • Monitor operational issues and follow up on customers’ complaints, drivers’ feedback and other service-related matters. • Ensure all records and operational information in the Control Department are updated accurately and promptly. • Respond to operational issues, ad-hoc requests and urgent matters in a timely and professional manner. • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management. Requirements • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, drivers and internal departments. • Able to respond to ad-hoc requests and urgent operational matters promptly and professionally. • Able to multitask, prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Computer literate, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure. • Willing to work on a shift basis , including weekends and public holidays when required. • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations or a control/dispatch environment will be an advantage.
