• Position: Senior Retail Associate • Location: Orchard • Working Days: 5 Days Work Week • Working Hours: 8/10 hours shift between 5.30AM to 1.00AM (44 hours per week) • Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic + Performance Bonus • Benefits: 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment • Duration: Permanent Why Join? • Our client is a premium retail brand seeking a customer-focused retail professional to support boutique sales, service excellence and daily store operations. Responsibilities: • Engage customers professionally to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. • Generate sales through walk-in customers and phone enquiries. • Deliver high service standards and maintain professional brand presentation. • Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously. • Support invoicing, packing, stock replenishment, receiving and inventory checks. • Maintain boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. • Support retail rostering and day-to-day store operations. Requirements: • Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent. • Relevant retail or customer service experience preferred. • Experience supporting retail rostering or shift scheduling is advantageous. • Familiar with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
