Job Benefits • Key infrastructure project • Senior management position • Opportunity to oversee end-to-end project controls • Work closely with Project Manager and cross-functional teams Job Responsibilities • Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage risk, expenditure and change control , ensuring project activities remain aligned with contractual and financial requirements. • Monitor and report Earned Value (EV) across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. • Work closely with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders to track project performance and identify potential delays or cost issues. • Ensure project controls and reporting support timely, cost-effective and compliant project delivery . Job Requirements • 8–10 years of relevant project controls experience within the construction, infrastructure or engineering industry. • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement and reporting . • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project . • Experience with Earned Value Management, risk management and change control is preferred. • Demonstrated experience working in digital engineering and construction delivery environments , with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
