Kitchen Sous Chef [ 6 days, City Hall ]

Kitchen Sous Chef Salary: $3,300 - $3,800 (Based on Experience) Location: City Hall Work Schedule: • Monday to Sunday: 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM • Monthly Rest Days: 4 Responsibilities: • Support daily kitchen operations in a high-end hot pot restaurant • Prepare ingredients and assist with Chinese cuisine preparation • Perform cutting, portioning, and basic cooking duties • Ensure food preparation meets required quality and presentation standards • Coordinate and execute daily kitchen work arrangements • Assist in supervising and managing kitchen operations • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards • Complete assigned kitchen duties independently when required Requirements: • More than 2–3 years of relevant Chinese restaurant kitchen experience • Hot pot restaurant experience is preferred • Familiar with Chinese kitchen operations and basic cooking processes • Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques • Able to perform kitchen duties independently • Good execution, organization, and teamwork skills • Experience assisting with daily kitchen management is an advantage • Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
