Accounting Assistant [ 5 days, Joo Koon ]

Accounting Assistant Salary: $2,400 - $2,800 (Based on Experience) Location: Joo Koon Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM • 5-day work week • Monthly Rest Days: 8 Responsibilities: • Handle accounts payable and daily accounting transactions • Perform bank and account reconciliations • Assist with month-end closing activities • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents • Prepare accounting schedules and financial documentation • Assist with audit preparation and provide required supporting records • Perform data entry and maintain accounting records using Excel and relevant software • Support other finance and accounting duties as required Requirements: • Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • More than 2 years of relevant accounting experience • Hands-on experience with accounts payable and reconciliations • Familiar with month-end closing procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel • Good attention to detail and accuracy • Responsible and looking for stable, long-term employment • Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
