Project Coordinator

Job Summary The Project Analyst will support administrative, data, and functional activities throughout the client’s system implementation lifecycle. You will assist the Project Lead in tracking timelines, coordinating project execution, resolving basic system issues, and maintaining accurate master data documentation. Responsibilities • Gather and document user requirements and system specifications to support project clarity and execution • Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and system documentation in collaboration with the Project Lead and Chief of Staff • Coordinate project meetings, reserve rooms, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely progress • Maintain master data, generate reports, and update dashboards to provide accurate project insights • Provide administrative support for project-related tasks to facilitate smooth operations • Track project deliverables and update schedules promptly to monitor progress against timelines • Liaise with end users and vendors to resolve assigned tasks and maintain communication flow • Deliver first-level support to end users by troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating complex problems to third-party vendors • Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides to enhance user understanding • Adapt to diverse ad-hoc duties as assigned to support dynamic project needs Required competencies and certifications • Diploma in Business Analytics or equivalent qualification • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn Preferred competencies and qualifications • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, and Python Chan Chee Meng EA 07C3069/R1110620
