NPI Engineer ($5000 + AWS + VB / 5 days)

Summary: • Basic: $5000 + AWS + VB • 5 days / Office Hours • Location: North • Industry: Integrated Hardware and Software Solutions for Semicon & Electronics Manufacturing (backend) Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations, resolving process, product, and production-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery. • Analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality, yield, and productivity. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, cycle time reduction, cost reduction, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S activities. • Support engineering change implementation, new product introduction (NPI), product transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities. • Develop, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, SOPs, and technical reports. • Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing and business objectives. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
