Job Summary Join SOCO Sales Training as a Customer Service and Admin Executive, supporting customers and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business processes within a dynamic, remote-friendly team. This is a part time, flexible position of 20 hours per week working from home and occasionally from the office in Jurong. Responsibilities • Communicate effectively with clients to coordinate job details and resolve inquiries • Liaise with trainers to organize and support training sessions • Prepare training materials to facilitate smooth delivery of training programs • Update training materials to reflect our ongoing improvements • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support team operations • Maintain website to keep it running effectively (we will train you) Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of admin and customer service experience • Proficient written and spoken English to communicate clearly with clients and team members Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple customer service and admin tasks efficiently • Tech savvy with the ability to use modern technology and software to streamline processes • Personable with effective interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
