Marine Executive

Responsibilities: • Coordinate and arrange the collection/deliveries of ship’s spares from/to vessels • Liaise with customers on their shipping and logistical requirements • Coordinate and organize the ground logistics with 3rd party service provider. • Update cargoes releasing and receiving in report accurately and distribute daily • Conduct physical cargoes check, marks, label on cargoes received • Organize Vessel clearance with relevant agencies & port-call operations. • Coordinate with relevant authorities on marine/crew application. • Able to work independently without supervision Requirements: • Willing to work on site as well as in the office • Prior experience in a marine service environment is of advantage • Able to multi-task and be a team player • Able to communicate with customers worldwide • Preferred Diploma in Marine related discipline or any technical qualifications / Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
