IT Manager/IT Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Technical and Sales teams • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, software systems, and technology-related activities • Manage software and IT projects from planning and implementation to ongoing support and improvement • Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business and technical requirements • Oversee system development, implementation, maintenance, and performance • Prepare and manage IT costing, budgets, resources, and project timelines • Monitor project costs and ensure effective utilisation of IT resources • Evaluate and recommend suitable software, systems, and technologies to support business needs • Work closely with the Sales Team on client requirements, solution proposals, pricing, and implementation • Monitor system performance, user feedback, and operational issues and drive continuous improvement • Develop and implement IT processes, policies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency • Ensure IT operations and projects are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, Technical Manager, or similar role • Strong experience in IT operations, software systems, and project management • Experience leading technical teams and working closely with sales or business teams • Good understanding of software development lifecycle, system implementation, and IT operations • Experience in IT costing, budgeting, and resource planning • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Strong business and commercial awareness • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects from planning to completion • Hands-on and results-oriented with strong team management capabilities Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd | EA Licence: 22C1322 Cynthia Lai | Registration No: R25146301
