HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Join Our Growing Team! 🚀 We are looking for a responsible, organized and people-oriented HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE to join our growing company. 📍 Location: Singapore 🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: $3,000–$5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications 📅 Availability: Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Handle daily HR and administrative matters • Manage employee records, leave and attendance • Manage recruitment, interviews and employee onboarding • Prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation • Handle payroll, CPF submissions and related matters • Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations • Coordinate employee training and welfare matters • Assist management with HR policies, performance and disciplinary matters • Maintain accurate and confidential employee information • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned 👤 Requirements ✅ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field ✅ At least 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred ✅ Familiar with Singapore HR practices and employment regulations ✅ Proficient in HR and payroll systems, preferably Adaptive Pay and Infotech ✅ Responsible, trustworthy and detail-oriented ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Able to work independently and handle confidential information ✅ Proactive, organized and able to multitask effectively 💰 What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance incentives • Friendly and supportive working environment • Opportunities for career growth • Stable and growing company 📩 Interested?
