M&E Engineer

Benefits: • 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month • 2% Medical Allowance per month • Annual Salary Increment Job Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee M&E works for construction projects. • Review M&E drawings, specifications and project requirements. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. • Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works. • Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties. • Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress. • Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover of M&E systems. • Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards and relevant regulations. Job Requirements • Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline. • Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience. • Experience with A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects will be an advantage. • Relevant M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred. • Good knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination and construction processes. • Good communication and coordination skills.
