Human Resource/ HR Executive – Up to $3,800

Summary Benefits: • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM • Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,800 • Location: Tuas • Company Transport provided from Marsiling MRT & Jurong East MRT • Benefits: 14 days AL, Bonus HR Admin Executive - TUAS • Provide general HR and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. • Handle filing, data entry, documentation and other administrative tasks. • Answer incoming calls, transfer calls and relay messages to the relevant departments. • Coordinate with vendors for office services and equipment, including water filtration, floor mats, indoor plants, cleaning services and staff transportation. • Prepare and manage monthly food voucher distribution for eligible employees. • Monitor and replenish pantry and stationery supplies. • Support monthly payroll activities, including attendance checking and overtime processing. • Assist with training administration, including sourcing, registration and coordination. • Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations. • Liaise with vendors and dormitory operators regarding staff accommodation matters. • Organise employee welfare, engagement activities and company events. • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
