Assistant Storekeeper

Department: Production Location: Singapore Reporting to: Production Manager, Singapore Core responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods • Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems • Perform data entry and update stock movement • Issue materials and ensure proper stock control • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance • Operate forklift • Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries Requirements • Minimum “O” Level or higher • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge • Knowledge of logistics management systems and data entry • MOM Forklift Operator Licence is an advantage • Medically fit to perform job-related duties, including manual handling and deliveries. • Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities. • Able to work independently. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
